Acceptable Use Policy

Operator and version

PetIntoArt is an independent software project operated by an individual developer.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

How creation works

PetIntoArt primarily accepts a single pet photo and uses server-controlled generation instructions. The standard creation flow does not provide a free-form prompt box.

You may use the service only for lawful custom pet portraits and must have the rights and permissions needed for every image you upload.

Prohibited content

You must not use PetIntoArt to upload, request, create, keep, or distribute:

  1. Sexual, pornographic, or other NSFW content.
  2. Graphic violence or gore.
  3. Hate speech, hateful abuse, or content targeting protected groups.
  4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  5. Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, face swaps, or misleading portrayals of real people.
  6. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

Service abuse

You must not upload images you have no right to use, evade or interfere with moderation, bypass guest or credit limits, abuse the service or its APIs, compromise accounts or infrastructure, or use PetIntoArt for fraud or other illegal activity.

Enforcement

PetIntoArt may refuse a generation, remove prohibited content, restrict service access, suspend abusive accounts, and preserve the minimum evidence necessary for unresolved abuse reports, security incidents, intellectual-property complaints, or legal obligations.

Automated safeguards may make mistakes and do not guarantee that every unsafe request or output will be detected. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

Report content or abuse

Content safety, abuse, and intellectual-property reports can be sent to support@petintoart.com. Include relevant portrait or account context, a brief explanation, and ownership information when reporting intellectual-property concerns.

Do not send your password, one-time login code, full card number, or illegal material.
