Pack prices
Each portrait costs 10 credits. These are one-time packs. The per-portrait amount is the pre-tax pack price divided across the portraits in that pack, rounded to the nearest cent.
Failures, refunds, and what you do not pay twice
A failed generation returns its reserved credits to the original source. It also does not use one of the free guest portraits. A finished portrait uses its credits even when you would have preferred a different look.
A completely unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Welcome credits are used before purchased credits, so a later pack can stay unused while welcome credits pay for portraits. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.

Do the packs renew or expire?
