Helpful answers, without the runaround

Help with your PetIntoArt portrait

The essentials for choosing a photo, creating a portrait, managing credits, and getting support.

Creating a portrait

How it works

Upload one JPEG, PNG, or WebP with one pet. Use the standard creator for four broad directions or Random, or sign in and enter a dedicated portrait studio for more Looks and controls.

Free portraits

3 free portraits · No account or card required. Create a free account to get 30 welcome credits for 3 more portraits, unlock all 10 art families and the full portrait studio, and keep your portraits saved in one place. Welcome credits can be used in the ordinary workspace and any open dedicated studio. Purchased credits are used after welcome credits.

Photo guidance

Use one clear, front-facing or near-front pet photo with the face, eyes, and ears visible. Blurry, distant, or strongly angled photos may reduce likeness.

Results and files

Failed generations

A technical or provider failure does not consume the final guest attempt or credits. Reserved credits are returned automatically.

Downloads and history

Download finished portraits you want to keep. Signed-in users can revisit recent portraits from Create. Files are private and access uses time-limited links.

Current product limit

PetIntoArt creates a digital portrait from one pet photo. It does not provide physical printing or fulfillment.

Credits and purchases

Each current successful portrait costs 10 credits. Credit packs are available as one-time purchases when signed in, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire.

An eligible completely unused pack may qualify for a full refund within 7 days under the Refund Policy.

Privacy and support

Original photos and finished portraits are stored privately and handled under the published Privacy Policy. Review the Acceptable Use Policy before uploading.

For help with your account, a portrait, privacy, or a purchase, email support@petintoart.com. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or full card numbers.
