PetIntoArt is an independent software project operated by an individual developer.

PetIntoArt is a digital pet portrait service using AI-assisted image generation. You upload one pet photo and receive a generated image, subject to successful processing. There are no physical products, printing, shipping or physical delivery.

Portraits are available online for viewing and download in the creation workspace and, for signed-in users, account history. Guest access depends on the guest identity and retention window. No fixed completion time is promised.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use each photo and to allow its processing for this service. Do not upload unlawful material, images you have no right to use, or content that violates someone else’s privacy or other rights.

Protect your email and login access. Do not evade trial or rate limits, impersonate another person, compromise the service, or use it for fraud or other unlawful activity. You must be able to agree to these terms under applicable law and comply with applicable model-provider requirements.

PetIntoArt may be used only to create lawful pet portraits. You must not upload, request, create, keep, or share content through the service that contains or promotes any of the following: sexual or pornographic material, including NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech or hateful abuse; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors; non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive use of another person’s identity; or infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

PetIntoArt uses fixed server-controlled portrait prompts, does not provide a free-form prompt editor, restricts uploads to a single pet photo, and applies the generation provider’s safety controls. We may review content or account activity when it is flagged by provider safeguards, reported to us, or reasonably suspected of violating these terms. Private photos and portraits are accessed for such review only when reasonably necessary for safety, support, enforcement, or legal obligations.

To report prohibited content, suspected infringement, impersonation, or another safety issue, email support@petintoart.com with the relevant account or portrait details. Do not attach illegal material or full payment-card information. The individual operator reviews reports and may remove content, block a generation, restrict or suspend access, terminate an account, preserve evidence where legally required, or report apparently illegal conduct to the relevant provider or authority. The response depends on severity, recurrence, available evidence, and applicable law.

If you believe we acted on a report in error, contact support@petintoart.com and request review. PetIntoArt may update its safeguards and this policy as risks, provider requirements, or applicable law change.

You may choose available art directions and creation settings; dedicated studios may offer a specific Look and additional compatible controls. PetIntoArt uses server-controlled instructions. AI-generated portraits may vary. We do not guarantee exact likeness, exact colors or markings, an identical pose, perfect anatomical accuracy, or any particular artistic result; selections do not guarantee pixel-level style or composition.

A technically successful image that you dislike is not, for that reason alone, a technical generation failure. Review the result before using it. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for confirmed service defects remain available.

Guests can receive 3 free portraits before signup. A new authenticated account receives a one-time grant of 30 welcome credits, enough for 3 additional current Standard portraits and access to more art styles and open dedicated portrait studios. Guest allowance is separate from credits; failures restore the guest attempt.

Each current Standard portrait costs 10 credits. Welcome credits are used before purchased credits. Credits are reserved when processing begins. Technical generation failure automatically returns reserved credits; recovery may require background processing. A completed portrait normally consumes them finally, even if you dislike or later delete the portrait.

Paid credits are one-time purchases with no subscription and do not expire. Current Pricing v1 is $9.99 for 150 credits, $24.99 for 450 credits, and $49.99 for 1,000 credits, in USD. At the current 10-credit generation cost, those packs support up to 15, 45, and 100 portrait generations. Check the current site and checkout price and any applicable tax before buying; future offers may change.

Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for paid purchases. PetIntoArt supplies the portrait service and credit accounting; it is not your card payment processor. Payment-provider terms apply to the transaction.

Our ordinary policy provides a full refund for an eligible completely unused credit pack requested within 7 days. Technical failures return credits, not cash. Successful but disliked results do not automatically qualify for a credit or cash refund. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and legal/MoR exceptions.

Original photos are retained for up to 30 days. Unclaimed guest images follow the 30-day retention policy; account portraits remain until portrait or account deletion, without a guarantee of permanent availability. Download copies you need. Background cleanup can take time.

Deleting a portrait does not reverse its successful credit charge. Deleting your account removes access to remaining credits and does not automatically trigger a cash refund. Request an eligible unused-pack refund first. Pending refunds block deletion until resolved, and unresolved incoming purchases must be resolved first. Necessary financial/legal records may remain after deletion.

PetIntoArt does not claim ownership of your original uploaded photo. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to provide the requested portrait service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights and provider terms, you may download and use your generated portrait for lawful personal or commercial purposes to the extent permitted by those rules. This is not a guarantee that AI output has copyright protection, that rights are exclusive, or that every intended use is free of third-party claims. Other users may receive similar outputs.

Our current generation service uses Black Forest Labs FLUX through Replicate. By using FLUX within PetIntoArt, you agree to the applicable Black Forest Labs terms and usage policy. These provider conditions limit permitted uses; they do not guarantee ownership or legal clearance.

Maintenance, provider outages and technical problems can interrupt the service. We do not promise 100% uptime, that files can never be lost, a fixed generation time, or permanent availability of a particular model. Changes remain subject to applicable law and your existing purchase rights.

We may restrict abusive or unlawful use and take reasonable steps to protect the service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support about service problems or disputed restrictions.

By using PetIntoArt, you agree to these terms and the applicable purchase terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, and our Refund Policy explains refunds. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

We may revise these terms and will provide notice or obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or rewrite completed purchase terms.
